Private colleges acquire funds from different sources. While govt. Colleges are funded by the state govt. Private colleges do not get any funds from state govt. They rely on fees gained by the students of the college and some other contributions. Facilities are somehow better in private universities than govt.
The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus
