The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus

Hello

Government colleges in West Bengal have limited lateral-entry seats for Chemical Engineering, so the cutoff ranks stay quite competitive. Jadavpur University usually closes below 300–400 rank, making it the toughest to get. KGEC’s overall cutoff is around 70–225, but Chemical Engineering data is not openly published.
