GP Gondia Placement: The rules and regulations for the placement process at Government Polytechnic, Gondia are as follows:

Eligibility & Registration:

• Students who are about to complete their diploma at the Institute and are looking for jobs can register for campus placements.

• Registration is done for one academic year only and is not compulsory.

• Only registered students can participate in the campus recruitment process.

• Those who already acquired their diploma and were not placed in the previous year cannot re-register.

• If a student receives two job offers from different companies, they cannot participate in further recruitment drives.

• Students will be removed from the placement cell if they engage in any disciplinary misconduct during the recruitment process.

Resume:

• Students must use the standard resume template provided by the institute.

• The resume details must be accurate, and any false information will result in disqualification from placements.

Pre-Placement Talks (PPT):

• Notices for PPT sessions will be posted on the Training & Placement Cell notice board.

• Students interested in a company must attend its PPT.

• Students should clarify salary details, job profiles, work locations, and bond agreements during the PPT.

Placement Process:

• Students must check notices, updates, and shortlisted names on the notice boards and institute website.

• Being punctual is crucial for all announcements and processes.

• Latecomers may not be allowed to participate in selection processes.

• Once a student applies and gets shortlisted, they must complete the entire selection process or face disqualification from placements.

• Ethical behaviour and discipline are expected from students throughout the placement process.

• Cheating or misconduct during the selection process will result in disqualification.

Job Offers:

• Students must submit a copy of their offer letter to the placement office.

• Multiple job offers are allowed until a student accepts their first job offer.

• In case of multiple offers, the student must choose the one with earlier result announcements or, if announced on the same day, inform the placement office of their choice within 24 hours.
