The college Library is well stocked, covering a varied range of topics or all related fields. It is a digital library with multimedia PC's having e-journals supported by CDs and DVDs. Library also subscribes to a wide range of national and international journals, magazines, periodicals, newspapers and information bulletins of world repute, so that students are equipped with wide knowledge in all professional areas of professional education, which gives exposure to the students about the happenings in the world and awareness on international areas. The institute is well connected with other libraries so that the students can be benefitted from other libraries also. E-Journals EBSCO: EBSCO host provides us the full text for close to 500 journals indexed and abstracted in inspect. Additionally, they would also get 2500 full-text journals in the area of Engineering which are indexed and abstracted in EI the, ISI Web of Science SCOPUS, and Chemical Abstracts, etc.

The college has suitable sports facilities of its own where all types of sports are available. Indoor Sports:- Indoor games/activities like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, Gymnasium etc. are provided by the institute. Outdoor sports:- HIT is having outdoor sports facilities for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton etc. The spacious grounds of the College are maintained for this purpose.
