Course Overview

The Introduction to User Experience Certification Course is a 4 week-long specialized course that explores the fundamental elements of user experience including the practice of UX design. The course available on the edX platform will discuss the relevant tools and techniques of UX.

Through the Introduction to User Experience Live Course, learners will get an introduction to user experience design and user-centered approaches crucial to the UX domain of an organization. The course will be taught by Professor Pierre-Majorique Leger of HEC Montréal, Canada.
