HPUBS Shimla Admission Process

Himachal Pradesh University Business School (HPUBS) offers admissions to its postgraduate and doctoral level courses. The institute allows admission to both levels in Management programmes. HPUBS Shimla conducts Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test (HPU MAT) to provide admission to their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) programme. For the PhD programme, candidates who have qualified UGC-JRF are eligible. The HPUBS admissions are based on the Entrance test, academic records, group discussion and personal interview. I have done my MBA from HPUBS. So in my experienced all the teachers are good and helpful. They gives us assignment, 4th semester live projects, and last semester industrial training is compulsory. Yes our university curriculum is updated.

I studied MBA in marketing and HR from this college. Quality of teaching is also very good. It offers dual specialization to students which help them to cope up with competition. Projects works , various learning activities and particular guidance of the faculty make students job ready.

what is the date of HPU MAT 2022?

Hello,

Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test 2022 will take place on 26.05.2022. This is tentative date and might change based on any further announcement so you will have to keep yourself updated. The eligibility criteria for the HPU MAT is that a candidate should have completed graduation from a recognized university with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC ST).

When will be the merit list for subsidised seats for HPU MAT 2019 posted?

Hi Aspirant,

HPU MAT 2019 Result has been announced on June 10, 2019.

Candidates will be ranked in the list on the basis of their scores in the written test.

Final selection of the student is based on the group discussion and personal interview. By following below steps students can download HPU MAT 2019 Result:

Visit the official website.
Click on Result.
Enter the roll number and date of birth.
The result will be displayed as score card in pdf format.
Download and take a print for future references.

Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores and are further called for university-based counseling in mid July.It is an offline counseling conducted by Himachal Pradesh University Business School.Students must appear for the group discussion and the personal interview.The result for subsidized seats is declared within a week after the counselling session.
