IILM Lucknow Placements
IILM Lucknow has a placement cell named “Career Development Cell” which trains and develops the candidate’s skills to get places in a reputed organization. Every year, top recruiters from the country are visiting IILM Lucknow for on-campus recruitment. Career Development Cell also guides the students to crack off-campus recruitment drives. The IILM Lucknow placement cell has two types of on-campus - one is a recruitment drive organized by the placement team at the Lucknow campus and centralized drives organized by placement teams of IILM Campuses in the National Capital Region (NCR). IILM Lucknow Career Development Cell (CDC) organizes more than 100 campus drives every year in different fields. Also, Students of the IILM Lucknow campus also participate in more than 60 recruitment drives every year.

Great college for PGDM in Lucknow

Almost all the students get placed from the PGDM batch including all specialisation streams. The lowest package offered here goes as low as 3 Lacs per year and the highest package goes as high as 10 Lacs per year. Top recruiting companies that visit the campus are HDFC AMC, Axis bank, Flipkart, Brindavan bottlers (Coca-Cola), Earth.
