Based on the previous year cutoff, you may have chance of admission to Darbhanga Medical College and Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna under state quota in bihar. Last year cutoff of Darbhanga Medical college for general ctaegory was 556 (NEET marks) and for Indira gandhi institute of medical sciences, it was 563. So you can try for both.

To get admission in PMCH through NEET UG the expected marks under the EBC category under the state quota is 581.
It is 558 marks for IGMIS and 559 marks for NMCH.
This is according to the cut off for the year 2017. A similar cut off is expected this year too.

The cut off for previous year for admission in IGIMS, Patna was 563 marks in the general category through the Bihar State Quota. A similar cut off is expected this year too considering the previous years.
So, by scoring 560+ marks in NEET 2018 you will have a fair chance for admissiom in IGMIS through the state quota.

There are very good chances of him getting igims/pmch both through state and even through AIQ. However, exact prediction cannot be made since that largely depends on this year's performance.
