It's difficult to get
In order to be eligible for IIST you should have 18% minimum aggregate marks and 4.5% marks in P/C/M individually.
Based on your marks you have chances to get IITs.

Please explain the exam name accordingly I can help you about IIST & Chanakya.
Iist will be best one then IIT kgp and madras are also best
If you are not eligible for JEE Advanced you can't apply for IIST. It takes admission through JEE Advanced only.
You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.

The campus of IIST, Indore is a beautiful, lush green campus with all the facilities. There are large playgrounds, sports coaches, an ATM, Wi-Fi, hostels, and many more amenities. Our Green Wave Club maintains the greenery of the Campus, which looks fascinating.

The campus is impressive and eco-friendly, offering a comfortable and sustainable environment. It has well- maintained hostels for both boys and girls. The canteen serves high - quality food at affordable prices. Overall, the infrastructure is exceptional and continues to improve over time.
