The library is the most important section of every educational institute. Our Institutional Library is fully computerized and equipped with a large and good collection of books and also the facility of a book bank. Institutional Library is having books related to all the courses offered by our institute. Our library has a magazine, journals, and other current study materials like Video Cassettes, CD-ROMs are also available for readers or users. The Library Information Services play a crucial role in teaching and learning activities and will provide the main source in individual reading and study. Another feature of a library is a Book Bank facility. Students need not buy textbooks from the market. In turn, the Institute provides 15 – 20 textbooks to every student right at the beginning of the semester. The students can keep these books for the whole semester. In addition to these books from the book bank, the students are also entitled to get other books from the library. Even after passing out from the Institute, a student can avail himself of the library facility at Indus Institute of Engineering and Technology, alumni at the nominal charges to be fixed by an Alumni Society. Relationship with the library and the Institution is a continuing affair of the students.

The on-campus facilities for indoor and outdoor sports include Badminton, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball and a number of other activities. The Institute supports the Students Sports Club and is achieving considerable success in the expansion of intramural and recreation programmes The Institute is able to offer to advise on personal fitness programmes and conducts a series of regular fitness assessments. After screening the cream of talents, the Indus Institute of Engineering and Technology organizes competitions with other Institutes from time to time to realize the potential from in-house competition to spread a feeling of unity through sports amongst the Indus Institute of Engineering and Technology fraternity.

The Institute has an air-conditioned Computer Lab for a student. The lab holds many personal computers and 1 powerful server. Students may use the lab to do project work or research, generate print output, and practice using software applications commonly found in the workplace. All computers are connected to the internet. A lab monitor is available to assist students with computer-related issues. Computers are not something alien anymore, rather they are a way of life. No successful manager of the entrepreneur can survive without fully utilizing the potential and speed that is given through computerization. That is why the Indus Institute of Engineering and Technology has created the most optimum and advanced computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center is Pentium IV processors and equipped with the latest version of the software and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on a totally cost-free basis.
