The IBSAR has students insured. A Panel Doctor, Dr.(Mrs.) Kalyan Shetty at NRI complex Seawood is available for consultation. Visiting campus 2 days for 2 hours. Panel Clinic in case of hospitalization. First-aid facilities are available on the campus, and medical facilities are provided 24×7 to the students.

The college library facilities are equally notable. Here again, they have focused on quality rather than just quantity by incorporating some of the best reference books on a diverse range of technical and management subjects along with a subscription to top technical journals. 8000 books and more than 100 journals and newspapers are subscribed. All the latest books were brought from Europe, the USA, and Canada. The library works between 9.00 am to 8.00 pm every day including holidays.

The IBSAR students are encouraged to take part in sports. Both Indoor and outdoor sports facilities like cricket football, IT, Chess, Carrom board, etc are available on the campus. Several educational and recreational activities are organized. Students and teachers get ample opportunities to take part in these activities.

The IBSAR has always been at the forefront of the utilization of IT. All systems have hot-swapped SCSI hard drives and workstations with processors & networks. The College provides a laptop to Full-Time MBA and BCA students. Also, wireless connectivity through WiFi is available on the campus.

The college has a large air-conditioned auditorium, fitted with an acoustic system and communication network, which accommodates about 200 participants. The auditorium provides the right ambiance for seminars, events, etc. In addition, the air-conditioned mini auditorium is suitable for small gatherings.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college classrooms are designed to be compact to stimulate and encourage close interaction between students and faculty. Classrooms are well furnished with furniture and fittings and are quite spacious, ventilated, and well-lighted with modern AV tools, green boards, podiums, presentation aids, etc.

The college is Wi-Fi-enabled and seamless internet connectivity is available for the students, faculty, and staff.
