Jabalpur Engineering College is the third topmost government technical institute of Madhya Pradesh and it has a very good placements records as about 90-95% students are placed every year in good companies. It offers an average package of 3-4 lpa and some packages goes as high as 12-15lpa also. It depends on student also as how he/she performs.

EWS category is introduced this year only by the government so it is quite difficult to tell you on the basis of EWS category that you will get the particular college or not. But I think your ews rank is still very low and so you are having less chances of getting admission in Jabalpur Engineering College as it has a little high cutoff. You should also try for some other colleges.

There may be some problem at that time .may be server would be down that's why you are not able to fill the form . You should try after some time as it will surely going to work. Now second phase of the councilling will come that time also you have to again register yourself for further councillings.

Hope you are doing well. Yes ews category is also valid for the admission in mp in the various engineering college . At the time of registration you have to choose for the ews category by submitting the Valid category certificate and then in the councilling you can take benefit of the ews category as well.

If you have committed some mistake in entering the details in your application form then I am sorry to tell you that now you can not do any type of correction as the correction period has already gone. Now when you will register for the second round councilling then only you can fill the details again.

Congratulations for your results. Hope you are doing well. In Mpdte councilling you are asked to enter your category, class(nil,sanik, freedom fighter),etc. And gender and all. You are not asked for any sub category or caste . And yes it ask for domicile. Second thing there are very much chances of you getting a good goverment college in mp with a good branch.

The closing ranks for cse and it, at jec for last year, were 51106 and 60340 respectively. Looking at that, you don't have a chance to get a seat at the above mentioned college.

It is not possible to get jabalpur engineering college at that rank. The previous year cutoff trend for this college was too high and you don't qualify that rank.
