Jabalpur Engineering College is a very good government technical institute of Madhya Pradesh and has a very good reputation. Though it seems it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college as you have low percentiles also admission depends on various factors such as home state quota, branch selection, gender,etc. There are chances of you are MP domicile so you should also try for some private college .

As per NTA rules, Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in theirclass XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam. 

So you are not eligible for counselling. You may go for private colleges

For general category the Home State quota cutoff is :- 33708. You have categorical reservation and you can use your categorical rank to get an admission in CSE for SGSITS Indore. You will get it for sure. The SC Category cutoff is 308512 for home state. You state quota will help you to get an admission easily.

Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC), formerly known as Government Engineering College, Jabalpur is an institute located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. JEC was founded in 1947 as the Government Engineering College, Jabalpur during the British rule in India, so is the second hoariest engineering college in the country & the oldest in central India. 

your boards marks id good enough but your jee main percentile is not enough to get nit madhya pradesh. you may get lower nits like nit sikkim, nit mizoram, nit nagaland, nit manipur, nit agartala with streams like civil, mechanical in the two special rounds.

The cutoffs you mentioned are CRL.

Sgsits grants great opportunities. CSE and IT students get good packages. The average salary package offered for CSE and IT students is 4-5 LPA. But for the other branches, the average salary package offered is 3.5-4 LPA. Last year, Microsoft has also visited the college and hired two aspirants with a package of 22 LPA. So overall, the college is good enough in terms of placements.

As per previous year cutoffs, the highest closing rank under Home State Quota at MANIT Bhopal was 37481 in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering. And at your percentile, you might not get any branch in MANIT Bhopal.

Yes you can get Jabalpur Engineering college in mechanical branch as your rank is nearer to the cutoff of the previous year.

for General i.e. Unreserved category the First round cutoff is 44461-69622 and for round 2 :- 49269-73262. you can get it for sure. But you can go for ETC branch also. choice is yours.
