Your chances of getting Computer Science Engineering at KLE Institute of Technology, Hubli are slim but not impossible with a KCET rank of 124000 and the SCG category with SNQ quota. CSE is a highly competitive branch even within reservation and SNQ quota. You will most likely have a better chance in later round of counselling and during casual vacancy seats. You are correct, because the KLE Technological University was earlier known as B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology (BVBCET) and was upgraded to a university under the KLE Technological University Act, 2012. The fee for management quota is different for different colleges or universities. Usually , they have to pay a higher amount of fees .
