If we compare with the cut offs of previous year:
with state entrance exam and jee mains the cut off was around 101691 (for general) and 281988 ( for obc)

LNCT , Bhopal is good university according to placement stats and data . For engineering generally average package offered is 4.50 LPA . In 2018-19 placements 1873 students get job offers some of the top recruiters

Lakshmi Narain College, Bhopal will be better option than Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna. If we see ranking of these colleges in Madhya Pradesh then Lakshmi Narain College Technology is on 10th rank where as Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology is on 52nd position.
Also JUET is in remote location of raghogarh near gun which has lack of facilities you will get bounded in campus.

Among UIT RGPV Bhopal and LNCT Bhopal, UIT RGPV Bhopal has a higher M.E /M.Tech. average package that is INR 3.50 Lakhs compared to that of LNCT that is INR 3.00 Lakhs only.
But, in terms of B.E /B.Tech placements, LNCT leads UIT RGPV as LNCT has average package of INR 4.50 Lakhs while UIT RGPV has average package of INR 3.30 Lakhs for B.E /B.Tech course.

Both the colleges you mentioned are really good in terms of their reputation. LNCT Bhopal has the best placement record in Madhya Pradesh in private colleges whereas Chitkara also has a great placement record along with tie ups with foreign colleges. If you want to stay close to your family you could choose LNCT but according to reviews Chitkara offers more exposure. As I said, both are really good colleges, do your research and then make a choice.

see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. as for previous years closing score you have chances in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering in general category.
