Mallabhum Institute of Technology, Bankura offers admissions into the programmes at the UG level. MIT Bankura admissions into BE/BTech programmes are given based on JEE Main or WBJEE exam scores. MIT Bankura admissions into 1st Year BE/BTech programme are given based on 10 % of the total intake from AIEEE through CSC counselling, and 90 % of the total intake from JEE Main through CSC counselling.

Admissions at MIT Bankura for Lateral entry (direct in 2nd year) is 10 % of intake capacity in each stream (subject to change in Govt. policy).
