Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by AICTE and offered by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal.

Eligibility Criteria

Based on MET Rank

English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science or any technical vocational subject* as optional subject (preferably Mathematics and Physics at HL level)
IB Diploma or IB Certificate with a minimum average of 4 points for Physics, Mathematics, and any optional subject* with an overall minimum of 24 points
Minimum points required in a subject are 3 or above
Minimum 3 subjects in HL and 3 subjects in SL
Minimum TWO Science subjects in HL

* Technical vocational subject must be related to Chemical / Civil / Computer / Electrical / Mechanical streams

Based on JEE Mains CRL Rank

College Infrastructure

Pretty good infrastructure you get everything from labs to gyms to grounds to libraries . Classroomslabs and libraries are air conditioned we have five blocks for academics hostels are in different configurations and have great rooms . Our campus is connected with a single wifi network

Really good college with mediocre placements.but life is really really good over here people enjoy a lot plus many beaches and the studies are so good bro, like awesome studies over here, come to MIT, you’ll enjoy.

College Infrastructure

The campus is clean and green, with good Wi-Fi, sports areas, and comfortable hostels. It provides everything students need to study and live well.It could use a little work for getting Ac in workshops.
