hello aspirant,
neet 2020 exam is yet to happen. but as per previous years cutoff it is required to have 500+ score for general category students to get seat in esic kolkata. see 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates and all india rank seats counselling happens differently. so study well and it is not mandatory that cutoff remains same for all years. questions difficulty level, seat matrix, number of candidates this factors plays a vital role.
Dear Pritam, now NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India including West Bengal.Admission to Medical Colleges in West Bengal are conducted through All India Counselling for 15% seats and State Counselling for 85% seats. Now you haven't mentioned your Category. In 2018, the cut offs for each Category in GMCs in Kolkatta have been as follows:
General Category: 500
OBC-A: 500
OBC-B: 495
SC: 374
ST: 188
Now this is 2018 data. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you want to secure a seat in any Medical College in Kolkata, you should score 100 marks more than the cut offs mentioned against your Category.

Hello aspirant. Both the colleges are better in their own way. But compared to medical college Kolkata, AIIMS college is good in all the aspects. The college had good infrastructure and facilities. The college provides peaceful and pleasant environment to study. The faculty here are highly qualified and well experienced. Better go with AIIMS for bright future.
The college infrastructure was outstanding, had big Labotories, Big and clean classrooms, staffs were maintaining the overall building nicely. Most of the college classmates were friendly and well behaved.
