The MBA curriculum matches current industry needs and covers the latest business trends and management practices. Exams are held regularly, and the grading process is strict. The difficulty level is moderate to high, which keeps students motivated. The pass rate for our batch was around 87%.
About 88% of the students in my MBA class got placed. The highest package offered was 14 LPA, the average package was 6.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 4.2 LPA. Our top recruiters included Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, and Aditya Birla Group.

The Infrastructure is solid for MCA. Computer labs are modern with updated systems and high-speed internet. Classrooms are clean and have projectors or Smart boards, which helps during technical presentations. No in-campus for PG students, but nearby accommodations are easily available.
Most of the faculty are experienced and technically sound. The best part is that they encourage hands-on learning, whether it's developing minor projects or participating in coding contests. Exams are manageable, but to score well, regular study and project work is important.
Placements for MCA students at MIET are decent but not extraordinary. If you're skilled in coding and stay active in projects and hackathons, you'll have a better chance of landing a job. This college provides the platform, but you have to climb it.
The campus is spacious and very well maintained. MCA classes take place in well-furnished buildings with projectors and propers lab setups. The cafeteria is average but the campus has several food stalls and cafes nearby that students often prefer. There's a good library with a digital section and study spaces are peaceful.
Most of the teachers are well-qualified and come from strong academic backgrounds. Some of them even guide us through real-world case studies and help us understand how the concepts apply in the industry. Some of them also help students with certifications like python, Java and even AWS basics.
Placement opportunities are there, but you have to stay active yourself. While the college does conduct placement drives, MCA students have to work a bit harder to stand out since more attention is usually given to B.Tech students. Internship opportunities are also available.
