    MIET Meerut has good infrastructure with a secure and friendly learning environment. Classrooms and labs are equipped with the latest technical tools for technical education. Hostel infrastructure is also satisfactory with Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, but food quality needs to be improved. Academic and co-academic activity infrastructure is also well supported.

    The staff members are readily available to guide the students and offer them industry-specific details, which renders the curriculum professional and efficient.The staff members are well qualified and have a vast amount of experience in their respective areas.

    Placements

    I have been chosen to play the role of Research and Development Engineer in Successive Digital and further evolved to that of Senior Engineer Associate. MCA students of 2020 batch were placed almost 80%. The highest salary package was around 12-15 LPA, while the lowest package was approximately 4-5 LPA.

    The college campus is well-maintained with updated facilities. The classrooms are large and equipped with smart boards. The library contains updated books along with online materials. The college also provides Volleyball court, sports center, and canteen with decent food. The overall atmosphere is student-centric and friendly.

    The MBA program has been designed according to industry needs. Semester exams are of average difficulty levels, and with regular practice, it's not at all difficult to achieve good marks.The teachers are highly experienced and knowledgeable, with good industry exposure. They guide the students appropriately and are always available to clarify doubts.

    Placements

    There are placements for almost 50% of the students at MIET Meerut. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average package is about 2-3LPA. Top companies that provide recruitment are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, etc. Students also receive internship offers in finance, marketing, and HR profiles, which provide industry experience. I personally got recruited at Axis Bank as an operations specialist.

    The campus is well maintained and spread with excellent laboratory facilities .The classrooms have computers to provide an interactive education. The library is of a wide nature with a extensive collection of books and research. The canteen provides good quality food at reasonable rates. The campus also has medical facilities for the students .

    The faculty members guide students both in study work as well as research work. Teachers consider all the minute things while teaching and make the students clarify their queries. The faculty members are very kind and experienced.The pass percentage is 35%, but semester exams are tough because the evaluation criteria is very hard.

    Placements

    For M.Pharm students in MIET Placement opportunities are satisfactory. Salary ranges from 3 LPA to 6 LPA, varying with the student's experience and capability. Even some pharma companies visit the campus for placements, with placements in research, quality control, and production.

    The college provides a neat infrastructure with intelligent classes, computer labs equipped with hardware, and Wi-Fi inside the campus. The library has a huge amount of research work and books. Hostel rooms are good, and mess is clean, with healthy food. Sports grounds, gym, and medical facilities are also provided inside the campus to make study conditions like home.

    The faculty is moderately experienced and is supportive in nature. They emphasize case studies, real business situations, and industrial exposure, which enable the students to gain practical knowledge. The curriculum is well planned according to industry standards and norms. Semester exams are moderately tough, allowing students who concentrate on studying to emerge with good marks.

    Placements

    I have collected information about placement opportunities from seniors as an MBA student. Approximately 70% of the students are placed in good companies annually. The maximum package offered was 10 LPA, and the minimum was 4 LPA. Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Wipro, and Amazon visit the campus for recruitment on a regular basis. Good companies also offer internships to students, exposing them to industry experience in actual work. I am currently doing my internship at indiamart.

    Infrastructure in the college is satisfactory, but there are a few areas for improvement. Classrooms are satisfactory, but the Wi-Fi facility is not stable. Hostel facilities are available, but food quality and mess area cleanliness can be improved. Drinking water and sanitation facilities are sometimes neglected, and security systems in the hostels should be improved.

    Teaching is mediocre, and some of the professors are supportive and understand their subject matter and others don't care unless they have to complete the syllabus. Students are provided with lists of key questions to read for exams, and most of the questions in exams are from the lists. It helps students clear but not that much with deep learning. Some students still retain backlogs due to this practice.

    Placements

    Placements from our college are not good for all courses. Although some decent companies come to the campus, there are mostly sales and marketing positions with median pay packages. management course job placements are not available. Students are forced to depend upon off-campus placement to get a better chance. The placement cell does its best, but the overall situation is not very promising.

    Curriculum has study of HR policies, digital business transformation, and IT management but no integration with practical HR analytics tools (like SAP, Workday). Faculty is capable, and case study discussion is stimulating.

    Average of 50-60% placements are provided to the students but for the IT function alone and not HR. Average packages worth ₹2-3 LPA are offered. Good HR job opportunities should be acquired through internships and network.

    Value for Money

    Fee is fair but placement environment maintains self-study as a necessary task. Qualifications in the context of HR analytics or electronic HRM increase chances of placement. Appropriate for IT-students, while for HR-students, work has to be put twice

    There is a functioning IT and HR club in college, organizing seminars, case study competitions, and tech fests. Student annual events and student clubs bring campus life to life. Corporate exposure can be enhanced.

Food supply in the hostel is good with a decent menu. Registration for hostel accommodation begins immediately after admission, and there are one girls' hostels.

    The faculty of the course is among the best in the college. The faculty members are well qualified, with most of them possessing Ph.D. degrees. They follow good teaching methodologies and are student-oriented. Exams are taken 2 to 3 times a semester so that the students are well prepared. The course is structured in a manner so that the students are industry-prepared.

    Placements

    There are placement offers to about 60% to 80% of the students. To be shortlisted for placements, typically students must have a CGPA of 7.5 and above. The companies that visit campus to recruit include Manikarna power ltd , IBM, Accenture, Infosys, and TCS. The highest salary is about 12 LPA and the average about 3 LPA. Placements are provided for positions such as software development and software design.
