Hi, krishmita.

The cee seats and admissions are considered eligible through the marks obtained in the cee exam.

The cutoff marks for the general category student for the top reputed colleges is 106

For backward category's it is 97

For scheduled caste and tribe it is 94 and 95

These are the minimum cutoff marks required to get the admissions into the colleges, as you did not have enough marks you can't get the admission into colleges,  but try for the second counselling

Goodluck

Hello Aspirant,

If you did not want the college that you got now then you should not have put that college as your first choice while choice filling.

Choice filling is an extremely important step and you cannot just put colleges that you do not want. You should have put your less preferred colleges a little lower on the list.

Now usually, students do not get a different college in the further rounds. If you want to try then go for it or else take admission in the college that you have got now if it is a really good college.

A good college will provide you with good placements.

Hello,Aspirant

The eligiblity criteria for appearing in WBJEE is given below:

Academic Qualification: The candidates should have qualified his/ her 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual passing marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects mentioned above in regular class mode. Those candidates who will be appearing in the qualifying exam in 2019 are also eligible to apply for WBJEE 2019.

You can definetely appear in WBJEE after taking admission in any B.Tech Course.

Hope this helps.

Hi Student

You havent mentioned to which area you belong. I am telling you the cut off for different areas i.e.

AU - 378

SVU - 395

OU - 421

But in all the three regions you are not eligible for govt medical colleges. But you can try for private colleges and government BAMS and BHMS colleges also.

You can go through the cut off of colleges in different regions in the link given below:

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that if you have chosen a college in the first round of counseling and then you are getting a Better college in the second round of counseling and you wish to change your college or branch then you can definitely change the college or branch in second round.

Hello,

If you are a home state student then according to your rank , you will be able to get civil, mechanical, cse, electrical in csab round.

But this is totally on your luck as the seat you will get depends on how many seats are unfilled in the branch and how many students are participate h in the csab round

All the best?!!!!

I don't think so that there will be seperate rounds as it is in there terms ans conditions that if you get first choice you must accept it.

Hello....

If you are not alloted any seat during your first round counselling then you are directly eligible to sit in second round of counselling for further counselling.

Second round counselling will start from the closing rank of first round counselling and it will go on till all seat under second round counselling will get filled.
