Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre (NCERC), Thrissur, is an institution offering numerous undergraduate and postgraduate educational programmes in engineering and management. NCERC Thrissur admission process aims at selecting the most talented and deserving candidates through various all-India and state-level entrance examinations. NCERC Thrissur admission process is through a systematic way that abides by guidelines by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and other regulatory agencies. The JEE Main or KEAM scores are by far the most important for NCERC Thrissur admission process into the B.Tech programmes, which are undergraduate programmes. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on merit.
NCERC offers seven B.Tech programmes with an admission capacity of 480 seats. NCERC Thrissur admission process shall be based on JEE Main or KEAM scores for programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Each of the programmes is approved for an intake of 60 students with the exception of Computer Science and Engineering which has an intake of 120 students.
The institute allows for four M.Tech specialisations, namely VLSI Design, Computer Science and Engineering, Energy Systems and Cyber Security. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on valid GATE scores, but this requirement is relaxed for management quota candidates. The approved intake for VLSI Design and Computer Science and Engineering is 18 seats each, while Energy Systems and Cyber Security have 9 seats each.
The MBA programme of NCERC has an approved intake of 60 students. NCERC Thrissur admission process is based on a CAT, CMAT, or KMAT Kerala score. Candidates should go through the final selection process, which may include a written ability test or a personal interview.
