Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata is a Government college. There is no any Management quota seats. The fees structure through All India Quota seats of the college is 9000 & state quota seats is 10,000 Arround.

Yes , management qouta seats are available in NRS medical college. As in most of the colleges there are  admission done through MANAGEMENT QOUTA. And this is meant for those who are below the eligibility criteria of the college. Or did not appear for the entrance exam can take admission through management qouta. So dont worry you can apply for the mangement qouta as it is like getting a seat through donation because the fees for management qouta is quite high. And in this qouta 100% seat will be alloted to you. I hope this helps you, all the best have a great future ahead. 

There is no Direct Admission method into Medical Colleges. It is nowadays usually done by counselling using the NEET marks.
