Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

Students who have passed PUC/10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects Chemistry /Computer Science / Electronics/ Biotechnology / Biology, with at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category as per Government order) in the above subjects taken together.

Lateral Entry

No candidate shall be eligible for admission to Government Seats unless he is a citizen of India and satisfies eligibility conditions. He/she should have appeared for DCET examination.
Each condition is specified as a clause and is individually referred by a code. The documents to be produced during verification of documents in support of the claim for each of the Clauses.
The candidates who do not satisfy any of the Clauses / Eligibility Criteria and the candidates who do not produce the prescribed documents in original will not be eligible for admission to professional courses under Government quota seats.
Other than the certificate mentioned in clauses, if a candidate claiming seat under Article 371 (j) Hyderabad-Karnataka region reservation, candidate should produce eligibility certificate from the concerned Assistant Commissioner in Annexure-A as per the format.

Admission Details

For admission under management quota, students should compulsorily appeared in CET/COMEDK/JEE or any other entrance test for professional program.

The college infrastructure of p e s itm is very good and mesmerizing with the classroom structured at the quality of knowledge given by the faculties, and they gives the digital teaching and AI related tools in the collage.

Facilities are full good. They maintain well and cleaned, and and laboratories library are well cleaned, they arranged step-by-step is so good We feel calm to read in our library. Food is also good, but in hostel, sometimes food is not good.

In Our PES INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT SHIVAMOGGA in Karnataka , is better in necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Green and peace environment for study. Prerana library is available.
