The institute offers degree programs in the discipline of Management, Computer Science & Application, Law, and Commerce. Admissions are done on the basis of merit and marks obtained in the entrance exam. Some of the recruiters of PIM Gwalior are HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Deloitte, Capital First, Capgemini, Godrej, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Cafe Coffee Day, Naukri.com, Policy Bazaar, 99acres.com, etc.

It has all the basic facilities such as hostel, library, cafeteria, gym, sports,wifi, etc. It is a good option regarding BBA-LLB Course , the institute offers internship opportunities and students participate in various national and international programs, its eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream securing 50% aggregate,  admission is purely based on the merit of the qualifying examination. The tuition fee is Rs 64000 on a per semester basis, for hostel it's Rs 6000 plus electricity bills.
