The college has students who are admitted to the PGC from all parts of the country. Institute provides hostel accommodation to the students. There are two hostels in this institute for boys, The hostels are in proper shape and provide various basic facilities to the students. Each hostel has got its own mess. The college has Medical facilities at Punjab Group of Colleges that are well equipped to provide the basic and necessary health care. Health care is provided in a comfortable and confidential environment. The health center is staffed by a medical officer and healthcare assistants to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff, and faculty. The Medical Officer manages the various aspects of the facility. They provide quality health care to everyone, evaluate the quality of services, maintain the overall efficiency of the center, and decide the procedures to be followed in case of an emergency.PGC health center is equipped with basic medical facilities and in case of emergency, patients are referred to the GOVT. Hospital, Lalru Mandi. Presently, the health center is serving the strength of more than 500 undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty, and staff members. To deal with emergency cases, college transport is available round the clock to carry the patients for treatment at surrounding hospitals.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a library that has got a seating capacity of 50 readers in reading halls. Library follows the open access system, it facilitates the users to browse and pick up the documents of their choice without any hindrance. By making accessible a rich collection of print and non-print, primary and secondary material in various disciplines, the Libraries support the academic as well as research needs of students and hundreds of teachers of the Institutes. Internet: Wi-Fi Library. Students can use their own laptops. Reference Service: Ready help and guidance are provided to all patrons searching for any book or other reference material within the libraries.The Libraries house a rich collection of text and reference books, journals, magazines, audio/videos, CD-ROMs, research reports, online Journals and databases, and data analysis software, etc. in various areas of study in all disciplines.Xerox Facility: For the convenience of staff and students, the libraries have Xerox machines to offer Xerox facilities. Motivate Students/Teachers to Read Existing and New Arrivals: A ‘new arrival list` of newly acquired books is prepared department-wise and sent to each department.

The college has Sports plays that are vital for shaping up the personality and fitness of a person and to give a global experience to all the students. An on-campus sports environment matching global standards is provided to all the students at PGC. Since its establishment, the PGC Sports department has played a vital role in students' life to reshape their personalities and add values like Teamwork and a positive attitude. Being a completely residential campus, it is important that there is a wide variety of sports facilities to keep students engaged and physically fit. The department is continuously expanding to provide support to every individual to pursue the sport of his/her choice. With a view to developing the all-around personality of the students, the PGC emphasizes equally on sports. It is the constant Endeavor of the college to see that the students grow intellectually as well as physically. The Physical Education Department of the College regularly organizes Inter-Collegiate competitions in various sports events and Inter College Tournaments in games. The students are encouraged to take part in indoor and outdoor games and sports as the games constitute an integral part of education. Besides providing physical and mental discipline, they inculcate in students the noble qualities of team spirit, discipline, sportsmanship, and self-confidence. A large playground in the campus is well equipped for cricket, hockey, football, basketball, and other games.

The college has a state-of-the-art IT Infrastructure and Fibre Optic Network across the Campus. The Campus has IT Infrastructure that can support more than 1200 Computer Systems and is completely Wi-Fi enabled. It is one of the most hi-tech Campuses in North India.

The college has the objective of the Canteen and meal service is to provide quality food so that the students and staff can be protected by reducing the risk of foodborne illness, with proper sanitary conditions, and preventing adulterated food. A variety of food cuisines are available for the students keeping both their health and taste in mind such as North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, etc. PGC understands that the refreshment time is the time when a student takes a break from the studies to relax and thus campus canteen has been specially designed with a clean and comfortable environment so that the students can enjoy their food. The college cafeteria is open to students, staff, and other visitors to the campus. The cafeteria serves fresh and hot meals and the menu has been planned meticulously to best fit the needs of the students. A favorite spot of students, the cafeteria provides hygienic and healthy foods, snacks, and beverages at an affordable price.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has Bus service operating on a self-financed, no profit – no loss basis on all working days, at fixed timings. The central points are determined by the transport committee. Transport facility is allotted an annual basis to students admitted for the regular program for the duration of the regular academic session. All rights of permission to avail of the transport facility are reserved with the Institute and can be denied to any student. No student shall be entitled to claim this facility as a matter of right routes and pick-up points are indicative and are subject to change from time to time.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college is Wi-Fi Enabled campus supported by the technology from RUCKUS, USA.11 Mbps bandwidth for the Internet with the dedicated leased line.

The College offers elaborate banking services within the campus premises. There is one fully functional branch of Indian Overseas Bank in the college that offers all types of banking services to staff and students. It functions for 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Student fees and other payments are remitted through this on-campus bank branch. Apart from regular banking services available to the students and the employees of the College through Indian Overseas Bank, students and staff can use an ATM facility to facilitate access to bank accounts for cash withdrawals. There are 2 different ATM machines available provided by different banks to help the students and the staff use their personal accounts by Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) and Punjab National Bank (PNB). This facility can be availed by the students and staff of the college. On enrolment, every student can open an account with the bank and can make full use of banking services, Internet Banking, and A.T.M. facilities.

The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.
