Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 patterns of examination (equivalent to the two years Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

Admission Details

Admissions for engineering programs will be based on COMEDK, JEE, or KCET scores only. However, submitting an application to RUAS is mandatory for all aspirants.

College Infrastructure

Our department is well-equipped with modern classrooms, Wi-Fi, and specialized laboratories. The hostel facilities include double and triple sharing rooms with Wi-Fi, study tables, and adequate amenities. College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is fairly good with well furnished classrooms and well stocked libraries. We have labs equipped with the all the required tools. The campus provides outstanding sports facilities for a holistic educational experience. If I'm gonna talk about hygiene...oh my gosh...u can see them cleaning almost every single day!!
