Admission Process 2021
RVR and JC College of Engineering offers admission to various undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech, MBA, MCA) courses. Admission to the B.Tech course is done through EAMCET/APCET examination while for M.Tech course candidates have to appear in the GATE/APPGECET examination. For MBA and MCA, candidates have to qualify the ICET examination. The detailed admission processes are given below:
For B.Tech:
- Candidates need to appear for EAMCET/APECET (FDH) examination conducted by APSCHE.
- Aspirants have to fill an application form on the website of RVRJCCE.
- The admission of candidates is based on their obtained rank in EAMCET/APECET (FDH) examination, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment.
For M.Tech:
- Candidates need to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/AP-PGECET examination.
- Aspirants have to fill an application form on the website of RVRJCCE.
- Admission of candidates is based on their obtained rank in GATE/AP-PGECET examination, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment.
For MBA:
- Candidates need to appear for Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP-ICET) examination.
- Aspirants have to fill an application form on the website of RVRJCCE.
- The admission of candidates is based on their obtained rank in AP-ICET examination, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment.
For MCA:
- Seats are divided into 2 categories for MCA admission: Category A seats and Category B seats.
- For admission to Category-A seats, candidates need to appear for AP-ICET examination. The seats under this category will be allotted by the Convener, ICET Admissions.
- The seats under Category-B will be allotted by the College as per the guidelines of APSCHE.

The students are admitted into the four-year undergraduate programs in two categories. The first category, Category-A seats constitute 70% of the total seats in the college. The Category-A seats are filled through Convener, EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh. The second category, Category-B seats constitute 30% of the total available seats. The Category-B seats are filled by the management as per rules.
The selection is based on the rank secured by the candidate in the EAMCET / ECET (FDH) examination conducted by A.P. State Council of Higher Education.
