To get full fees reimbursement by Government you need to have your AP EAMCET Rank below 10,000 as you belong to BC-D Category. It is hard to predict the exact cut-off rank as it varies from year to year depending on the number of students attempting the exam and what their preferences are.

Looking at the previous year trends we can say that the cut-off for RVR&JC college has been around 3.5k to 3.8k . It is one of the most demanded courses and hence the cutoff is high.
