• Throughout their academic journey, students undergo structured, placement-oriented training, starting from the first semester. This training focuses on aptitude, technical skills, group discussion techniques, interviewing skills, and psychometric tests.

• Sagar Institute of Science Technology and Engineering Placements Cell also conducts national-level assessments through partnerships with agencies like AMCAT and CoCubes, allowing students to gauge their employability skills. This assessment happens multiple times over the course of their study.

• Pre-placement talks are organised by visiting companies to provide students with insights into their organisation, job roles, and career prospects.

• Eligible students register with the T&P Cell and participate in the various stages of the recruitment process, which typically includes written tests (aptitude, technical), group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews.
