The infrastructure of Satyawati College is on an average, not really bad and not so great as well. The classrooms are well lighted and ventilated with doors and windows. The furniture is in good condition. Other open spaces are clean and we'll maintained. The canteen food is really cheap and tasty and hygienic at the same time. However, there's an issue of clean drinking water.
Being an Economics student, I was very glad and satisfied with my teachers. They have unique ways of teaching and are very well versed with the subjects. The overall faculty of the college is also good.
The average placements of the college ranges around 2.5-3.5 lakh per annum. So it is not really great. The students should also look for other options as well, like placement fests of other colleges and online platforms. However, last year's highest package went upto 6lakhs.
Majority of colleges under University of Delhi are worth the money. The fees is nominal and along with academics it also provide us with other exposures through different societies and fests.
The campus life of Satyawati College is nice. With a huge ground for different kinds of activities and the badminton and basketball court, the students can be engaged in different sports. The auditorium is well functional and big, with numerous competition taking place here. The domestic staff and teachers are kind and supportive in any way possible.
The location od Satyawati College is a boon. As it is very near to the north campus, so students can engage in different activities taking place there very easily.
The college does not provide hostel facilities. PGs are available near by at different prices according to the location and facilities. Food quality is good and prices are affordable. Infrastructure is good in comparison with other DU colleges and Wi-Fi service is also provided to every student.
The daily routine is good, not too early nor too late. Quality of teaching is good but some teachers teach well whereas others dont. The overall experience was very good. The quality and method of teaching are highly specialized as the teaching faculty is highly qualified and with a lot of experience during the years. Overall experience is very good at this college.
Many companies visit for placement in Satyawati College, Delhi University.Companies like Wipro,Infosys,TCS etc hire from the college. The internship program is offered to the students by the college. Alumni network is quite good.
Very much worth it.
The canteen is in very good condition and the food was delicious and offered at a reasonable price to the students. Overall campus life is good.
Better than expected, and I am happy.
The college has excellent infrastructure, with state of the art Laboratories, Seminar room Library and Playground. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Being a multi-disciplinary, co-educational institution. Canteen food is really good and hygienic with affordable price.
I'm third year student of b.sc mathematics hons. Teachers are good , well educated and knowledgeable. They tried to solve our all doubts. Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments that make us job ready.
Placement is average. I don't have much experience about placement but reputed companies like Kpmg visited every year. I have heard from others students that highest package ranges between 5-6 lpa and average is 3-4 lpa.
My course fee is around 7 k which is completely affordable because receiving quality education in such a low price make it worthy.
Campus life is amazing. We have many events that take place every year . There are many societies like debating society, ncc which you can take part . Teachers, non teaching staff and students are cooperative and helpful. It is located in ashok vihar and it is safe.
Yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure , facilities and equipment. We have air conditioned Library with good availablity of books , sports ground, seminar hall, auditorium , science lab as well as computer lab . Canteen food is really good and hygienic. Overall the college campus is nice with Full of greenery .
I'm pass of batch of b.sc maths hons student.Teachers are really good , teachers are well trained and knowledgeable . They tried their best to make us understand everything. Curriculum is also updated and includes all the recent developments that make us job ready.
I don't know much about placements as . But I have heard, many reputed companies like Mahindra tech interested to take students from here, highest package ranges between 5-6 lpa and average is 2.5-4 lpa.
Yes it is totally worth it. My course fee is less than 6 k which is completely affordable . And receiving such a quality education with this cost is worth it.
Campus life is amazing . We have many events and activities that take place every year. We have many societies and clubs like debating society , fashion society which you can take part. Teachers are good and supportive as well as non teaching staff. Location is good it is near ashok vihar.
Our college has decent infrastructure but on campus hostel facility is not available. Class rooms are properly furnished and projects are also installed. Medical facilities and sports complex is also available in our college campus satyawati college M. Our college has an auditorium, computer labs and library is regularly updated with the letest editions of course books. The amazing food available in or nice and fresh canteen. Our canteen is healthy and pocket- friendly. I am glad. I am part of
Teachers in our college are very helpful highly qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers are quite approachable, they also guide us for our exams preparation. The course curriculum is also relevant. They not only provide us education but also teach us morals and social values.
The placement record is average. My batch strength was approximately 50 students in each class with 3 section. Student gain tha best in terms of the the aspects like placement, higher studies, competitive exams and further learning opportunities.
The the toilet is very old, there is problem of water supply. The classroom is very old and not well maintained. The equipments in gum are very old. There is wifi connectivity bit it is slow due to lots of students use it.
The professors are very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable. The syllabus is very up-to-date. They also tracks is about the recent developments in the field of history. They also recommend the latest book s.
The placement cells works hard to bring they placement but being an off campus college. Not many companies come. The placement cell would though get you an average salary and you can get the internship.
The average fees is around ₹7000 which best value for money. You get close to the North Campus. Plus college is part of North campus. It is very close to North Campus, the distance is 5 km and you can easily catch a rickshaw to North Campus.
The campus life is bit dull as there are not many fest compared to other colleges. But there are various societies in which one can engage, like dance and drama society, debating society etc. Location is not that safe due to presence of an old flyover
College infrastructure is average, not that good, not that bad, but in maintenance wise it is better than or equal to most of the DU colleges. Also, it has the biggest Auditorium as compared to any other D.U college.
The faculty is quite commendable over here, some of them are even better than some of the north campus colleges, you won't have any complaints regarding the faculty, you may find certain teachers not that interesting but you find perfect faculty in any of the college.won't
Not that good, personally I won't advise you to relie on the placement cell. You must have essential skills before you apply for any job, you may get average to good internships from the placement cell but overall it's performance is poor to average.
All DU colleges provide a lot for the fees they charge.
To clear this review, campus life is subjective and depends upon what type of person you are, it's true that the college societies improve your personality and also develops your interest in a particular field, so you should definitely be a part of any ACTIVE(working and has achieved a lot throught times) college society. Apart from college societies, it also depends if you are a person who likes to explore everything or a person who just want to stay at home/pg and relax. Campus life is good he
It is a good college but only apply in it after you fail to get a seat in any north and south campus college.
The infrastructure of college is good . proper classes as well as auditorium whereas the ground is not so big unlike the other college's ground. well maintained auditorium as well as wifi facilities are provided gor students comfort nd entertainment .
teachers are focused towards studies as well as updated with all new curriculum. the quality of teaching differ for different courses but the quality of teaching of certain course is very good and teachers are understanding as well.
placement provided by college is okay i.e not too good nor too bad . Average salary offered by college range from 25000-30000 per month which is okay for person of graduation level and college department is supportive for college placement.
our college fee per year is around 6500-7000 . it's worth mire than our money
campus life is not too cool like main north campus colleges
overall the staff and college is good for academic purposes
It has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment except a boys common room. Libraries are well maintained and one of the best place in campus to study. College is clean and hygienic.w There are no Ac in classes.
I am pursuing economic hons. Teaching quality is good. It also depends on the student. Student had to be regular to have a better understanding on the subject taught by teachers. The curriculum is updated but for job one needs to do internships, write reseach papers and have a good communication skill.
Recently the placements are getting better. But I think only graduation from the college is not enough for a good job with good salary. Average salary offered is around 1.5 lakhs. There are mostly intership fairs.
Value for money. It is less than some of my friends pocket money.
All the necessary infrastructure facilities are there in the college. there is a good wifi facilities .Also library facilities ,sports facilities equipments are also there All things are well maintained
Because i got admission here only thats why im studying here, teachers are really good here they keep an eye on each student or tries to do that curriculum is also updated and there are all recent developments
I dont know much about that but i heard placement is good enough for a graduated candidate. I think average would be around 2.5-3.5 maybe. Registration for placement cell is easy process so that students can do it
very much worth it
Very good campus life
