Hi
Christ university is a better option for BBA .
This is because :-
Thank you
NAAC committee which provides grades to Indian Universities as per their performance has awarded Grade ‘C’ to UPES because of its worst academic performance and this is the lowest grade awarded to any Indian university. Even a faculty of law from this caught was caught taking bribe from students for increasing their attendance is his course. But overall the faculty is fairly good. The campus is neat and clean and well maintained.
For BA LLB, BBA LLB or B com LLB , the course fees for 5 years is 16.48 lakhs. The actual fees is much more than the official tuition fees. There will also be added expenses like industrial tour, summer classes, reevaluation, direct study, corticated issue, library and other activities. Considering, the overall expenses and fees structure, this college is not at all value for money.
However, this college is at a very good location. The location of UPES is just behind Mussoorie hills. There also trekking route from UPES back gate to mussoorie with a fishing point (river) in between.
UPES Admission is based on the national level CBT entrance examination by UPES or via national level entrance exams like JEE Main, CLAT, CAT. Direct admission is also available via the board exam merit.
I hope this helps you!
Hey
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies has main focus on Bachelors program in Petroleum and Engineering-Technical courses. It does provide Law and Business programs but they have an average placement and academic record. Where as in CHRIST Lavasa, Pune has more focus on Management and Law programs with a good placement record and academics is even good.
One factor that makes UPES better is the infrastructure, it has a huge campus size, rest for BBA LLB, CHRIST Lavasa would be a better option, considering students' reviews.
All the best
Hey there
I'll recommend you to do either bsc in non maths subjects though in physics serious maths is there in graduation so don't try it. As you had psychology in 12th then you can go for ba psychology it's a good choice from the colleges you have mentioned as you have prior knowledge about the subject you'll feel it easy and can prepare for state PCS and the course will help you in your interview and in your entire life while dealing with people.
Good luck
Hey
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is a private and reputed university in Dehradun, Uttrakhand. Being a private institution it provides good facilities, especially big campus and advanced facilities spread around the campus.
There is no demerit of studying Petroleum Engineering as it will open opportunities for various field works related to fuel and energy. You can work in various companies like Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum if you have a good academic record and better understanding of the concepts.
UPESEAT is not much difficult to crack, you need have grasp on your 11th-12th Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. And it also includes English and comprehension related questions. For General Knowledge, one should keep a track of current affairs daily in a span of 6 months before the exam.
All the best
hi,
see all three of the college has excellent infrastructure and course curriculum, however I suggest you to go for kristu jayanty college bangalore, according to students review college has excellent infrastructure, course curriculum and placement record, since it is situated in bangalore, which has many start up companies head quarter ,you will get ample opportunity to do interships on your relevant discipline.
hi,
see there is not many difference between bsc in psychology or b.a in psychology syllabus, however bsc course is more job oriented than b.a course, and the syllabus includes more practical training and exposures related with to deal with the human being with certain problems and give solutions. also knowledge of maths helps to understand the behavioral science more accurately. however b.a in psychology has more of theoretical approach, since you are not interested for maths you should go for b.a in psychology.
Hi
As you would like to pursue BTech within the domain of AI or data science you want to choose the
school which give basically degree supported only this disciple. for instance in UPES Dehradun, for this
domain you would like to settle on BTech in computing and engineering with specialisation in AI , and
this course include hell lot of subjects aside from which we usually require for our desired subject.
While talking about Jain University (Bangalore), they are doing provide specialisation in these subjects
under the name of BTech in computing and engineering with these respective subjects.
And further talking about their NIRF ranking, they are doing depend on many factors regardless of just
placements and campus
You can also search for some IIIT's(if possible) as they only provide specific curriculum associated with
the topics (which you would like to pursue) instead of studying physics maths and chemistry everywhere
again.
Else you'll join Jain University Bangalore

But UPES has its own block for named as design block but in Nirma University classes of b. Des are conducted in PG blocks. Also, UPES is quite expensive and in Nirma university design has been started just a few years ago.
