All of these are pretty good choices and to rate them would be a personal thing to do. But I am rating these choices as per which would be best for a fruitful career

1. B-Tech Petroleum Engineering from UPES - 2

2. B-Tech DIT University - 1

Both are good choices. Through JEE Mains it is little tough because of the cut off. I suggest you to appear in JEE Mains and also if you want admission in UPES then appear for the UPES entrance test, but I will also suggest that if you want computer science

see both of the college upes dehradun and ITM gwalior is excellent in terms of infrastructure , placement record and experienced faculty, upes cse placement history is excellent, average package offered in 4.35 lpa, and highest package was 23 lpa. UPES is a good college as compared to ITM due to the fact that UPES is a well known college among recruiters and therefore the placements are quite good in the UPES as compared to the ITM.

Moreover, the teaching staff at the UPES is also very good

Yes UPES is an excellent and top university to pursue MBA. In 2018-19 UPES placed more than 450 student with a record of 97% placement across more than 190+ recruiter.

Hence I would suggest you to take admission in upes if you want to pursue MBA.

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) is situated in Dehradun only not in Delhi.

In Delhi, there is no UPES College. There are colleges like DU, JNU, JMI University.
