UPES offers admissions to candidates on the basis of its entrance examination. This is for UG and well as pg courses. You need to fill up the application form and then sit for the exam. This is the way to get admission in the course you are interested in. It depends on your preparation wheather it is easy or hard. CS and related courses are offered in Mtech also. It would be very difficult for you to get admission as you did not fill any form. What you can do is approach some private colleges and universities which take in admission through management and talk to them about this problem of yours. They will let you know about their terms and conditions on what can be done.
