Hello Aspirant,

See if your caste BC-2 comes under central list of OBC category of your state then only you can get reservation benefit of OBC category on central level but for state level you won't get OBC reservation because you are already having BC-2 reservation sub-category which belongs to OBC category.

Now if you have also not got BC-2 reservation advantage in Bihar then there might be some reasons, like you may have not submitted the proper documents to claim your reservation or there might be some official errors, so you have to ask from your local authorities regarding this.

Yes you can absolutely give  GATE-22 if you have Btech in CSE with a specialisation, GATE eligibility asks for a 4 year B.E/Btech program after 10+2 or 3 years in case of diploma. Once you have given GATE with CS code you will be eligible to apply at institutions asking the same paper code.

Yes, definitely B.tech in CSE(Computer Science Engineering) with specialization also comes under B.tech Computer Science Engineering. Actually, previously there was no specialization of any sort.

Stream SB: Due to prevailing COVID-19 situation, as one-time measure, students who have passed XII Standard Board Examination and eligible to enroll in the 1st year B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. during the academic year 202122 are eligible to appear for the aptitude test.
The student should produce a study certificate of 1st year B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S once they are selected as a provisional KVPY fellow.
