Yes, you can correct your category from general to OBC NCL using  Neet correction window . And make sure that you have a valid obc ncl certificate for participating in counseling  so that you can avail OBC NCL reservation.

You can correct details like :

• >>>> personal details like your name, your father's name, mother's name , category you belong to etc

• >>>> medium or language of your Neet examination paper

• >>>> choice of cities for examination centre

See if your category is not listed in central reservation list of OBC available at official website of NCBC then you have to opt for General category in NEET 2021 Application form and you can get reservation benefit of your category through state quota counselling of Maharashtra. So when you will register for state quota counselling of Maharashtra then you will find your respective category and you can take advantage of it.

Complete NEET UG 2021 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

see your question is not clear to me. color blindness can be counted as disability criteria when in comes to physical disability. however the disability criteria differs as per the rules of the exam control committee, so if you have any illness you must check the eligibility criteria before apply to any exam or admission process.

KIIT University has organised there own entrance examination.  But in this year cyclone occur in Odisha side. So that why they said the cyclone affected students can do examination by online.

The cyclone affected area is between dharma port and Balasore on the Odisha coast. So this area located students can give examination via online.

According to my best of knowledge UP board class 12th question paper comes in both languages i.e English as well as Hindi too. But if you have applied for English medium then you have to answer all the questions in English and if you have applied for Hindi medium then you have to answer all the questions in Hindi .So it completely depends what you have applied for.

According to the rule if your caste comes under the central list of OBCs then only you can fill OBC in your NEET application and if not then you have to fill in General category if your caste come in general category in central list.

So, You will not be eligible for OBC reservation in NEET examination.
