Nope brother. If you had got 72 percentile in Jee mains, and got 49.3 in PCM, then you can't get the admission in MIT. As MIT is a very good college with a high cutoff, and your PCM score is also not good. So hard luck for this time bro.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have no chance for the government medical college in Rajasthan state under the state quota benefit or the all india quota benefit for sc category.
The last year sc category cutoff for all the government medical colleges in Rajasthan was more than 450+ marks closing. You can go for the private colleges in Rajasthan state.

490 is a less score for a govt Medical college for a Mbbs seat. If your score is above 550 you can have a government seat for sure. This year this marks may become greater than the previous years. Don't get disheartened. Wait for the results and see what they offer you. Keep calm and wait for a good result.
