Some of them allows the integrated BBA LLB course and have good placements and if we talk about the quality of education then also it is way better than some private institutes. Another advantage is the ranking of these colleges, they maintains their overall rankings at great standards.

The results and merit lists for the entrance examination conducted by UPES Dehradun shall be announced tentatively in The month of July 2019. The admission process and counselling shall begin from the last week of July 2019(tentative). However these are predictions, official notices for the same are yet to be announced by the university.

Hope you have done all the procedures correctly as informed in the brochure. If error still persists then it will only be because of the reason that you are not eligible for counseling. 

See Smruti, there is no separate qualifying criteria for management quota. It remains the same for all India quota and state quota in both government and private colleges. The qualifying percentile for general category is 50 and for SC/ST is 40. I advice you to recheck whether you have scored this minimum percentile.

you definitely have a chance of getting admission in shri ram college of commerce. You can get admission in bcom honours or economics honours. As per last year’s cut off you have chances of getting in both the colleges.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend almost no chance of getting government medical college in bihar.

Last year cutoff trend was 520+ closing for the obc category under the state quota benefit for bihar and you have much less marks than that. So go for private colleges or management quota seats.
