So , Placements: This college provides good placements for CSE and IT students . Many reputed companies visit here. The average package this college provides is of 4.5 lpa. The highest package was 30 lpa and the lowest package is 2 lpa..

You asked for teh comparison between civil engg from DCRUST & SIET.
Look, to be honest, I will say none of these 2 colleges is good. But, still, I will suggest, go for dcrust, murthul. It is comparatively better than the other one.
You may get these more or lessly in DCRUST:

- Administration quality
- Transparency
- Student's respect
- Freedom
