Shree Dhanvantary College of Engineering and Technology, Surat Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has facilities for many sports games like table tennis, cricket, volleyball, carrom, etc. for boys as well as girls students.

The College Campus is located within walking distance from Kim railway station. The Institute provides transport facilities to the students and the staff from Surat. The number of buses is going to increase in the very near future. Key routes are defined across Surat city and these routes reach the nooks and corners of Surat city. The timing is scheduled in such a way that all the buses reach/leave the College campus in time.

The college library was established in 2013. Our College library has textbooks, Reference Books, magazines, Newspapers, CDs/DVDs, Question Papers, Project Reports, Course Materials, journals, etc. which help to increase the knowledge of our students and Staff members in all different fields.

The college has a Cafeteria facility available on the college campus. A Cafeteria committee, appointed by the principal, is monitoring the regular activities of the canteen. It helps to have refreshments for the students as well as the staff during the college hour. Most of the daily needed items and refreshments are available within the campus at the institute’s Cafeteria, which remains open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The college provides a good hostel facility for non-locate male students. Hostels are equipped with the necessary facilities to make the stay of students comfortable. An Institute has a separate boys' hostel facility with a capacity of 42 boys.

The college provides well well-furnished, fully air-conditioned seminar hall with all facilities, having a capacity of 125 persons. It is used for conferences, quizzes, role-playing, seminars, meetings, etc.

Department enables students to understand their interest, their needs, and how to visualize their goals correctly. The department plays a vital role in removing confusion and contradictions that may arise in the budding minds of students. In a competitive era, it has become imperative to create an environment where students take challenges as an opportunity to become a winner. T&P department makes students understand possible challenges and obstacles one may have to face in a long-term career in a particular field. Faculties of the T&P department activate the minds of students and motivate them to go through challenges. The predominant role is to develop the necessary skills to build a career in a particular field. For this department actively arranges training.

We provide a platform for the cultural fest Udaan (Annual Day), Thanganaat (Navratri Festival), Frolic (Technical Fest), Sprint (Annual Sports Week), etc.
