24 MonthsA two-year, AICTE-approved, weekend-only programme designed for mid-career working professionals and experienced executives. It allows participants to pursue an Executive MBA equivalent without taking a career break. Sessions are conducted on alternate weekends at SPJIMR's Mumbai and Delhi campuses. The programme employs an application-oriented pedagogy, connecting classroom learning to participants' real-world work contexts.
Duration: 2 years (24 months), conducted on weekends.
The total programme fee for the two-year programme is ₹ 10,00,000/-. This fee is payable in easy instalments. Participants can avail of the bank loan facility if required. This fee does not include the optional International Immersion module expenses.

- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- A minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience after graduation.
- A valid score from any one of the following entrance examinations: CAT, MAT, GMAT, ATMA, CMAT, or XAT. (Scores from the last three years for CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/XAT, and the last five years for GMAT are generally accepted).
The admission process follows a rolling basis and involves:
- Online application form submission along with specified documents.
- Payment of a non-refundable application processing fee.
- Interviews of eligible candidates conducted on a rolling basis.
The selection process prioritises the applicant's work experience, managerial aptitude, maturity, values, achievements, admission test scores, case analysis performance, and personal interview.
