18 MonthsAn 18-month AICTE-approved, full-time residential General Management programme designed for experienced executives. It typically comprises a 2-month online module, a 12-month on-campus residential module, and 4 months of social impact projects, start-up projects, or international immersion. The programme aims to accelerate careers or facilitate transition into general management roles for accomplished professionals.
Application fee: ₹ 2000.
Total programme fee (indicative for Batch 21/22): ₹ 21.00 lakhs (this figure includes admission, tuition, learning resources, hostel accommodation, development fee, career services, and alumni membership).
Additional Refundable Security Deposit: ₹ 50,000.
Optional International Immersion Fee: Approximately ₹ 4.30 lakhs for tuition, plus estimated costs for lodging, airfare, visa, etc. (₹ 2.00 lakhs).

Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised university.
- Minimum three years of relevant, full-time work experience as of December 1, 2025. (Internships, unpaid training, and curriculum projects are not considered as work experience; full-time paid article-ship post CA completion is considered).
- Valid GMAT or CAT scores. (GMAT scores taken between September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2025; CAT scores from 2022, 2023, and 2024 are accepted).
- Restart Initiative: For women with a minimum 2-year career break after completing 3 years of prior full-time work experience.
Admission Details
SPJIMR follows a rolling admissions process. Applicants submit an online form and pay the application fee. Shortlisting is profile-based, considering academic record, quality of work experience, versatility, and achievements. Shortlisted candidates undergo at least two rounds of personal interviews. Final admission offers are made based on the overall profile, entrance exam scores, and interview performance.
