St Martin's Engineering College, Secunderabad offers admissions to B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering, B.Tech Information Technology, B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech Civil Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science & IT and MBA. B.Tech admissions are offered based on EAMCET scores and management quota and to B.Tech lateral entry programmes based on ECET scores. For B.Tech/B.Tech lateral entry programmes-
Students are offered admissions based on the scores of EAMCET.
70% admissions are offered based on EAMCET scores and 30% admissions are offered through management quota.
B.Tech lateral entry programmes are offered based on the scores of ECET.

Admission to Bachelor of Technology course is done through EAMCET, a common entrance test conducted by the Government of Telangana State.
70% of the seats are allotted for the merit students on the basis of their rank in EAMCET.
30% of the seats are under management quota.
In addition, diploma holders are admitted into second year B.Tech to the extent of 20% intake based on the merit in ECET, under the lateral entry scheme.
