SPEC is  a  Special Channel of Admission of B.Tech courses. It is aimed at identifying students with extraordinary talent and merit. Now IIIT Hyderabad have two streams- CSE(Computer Science Engineering) and ECE(Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering). In SPEC, ten seats are allotted each to CSE and ECE. Mgit was established in 1997 by the Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society (CBES) at Gandipet, Hyderabad with an affiliation to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The campus of MGIT is spread over 30 acres with a constructed area of 2,50,787 sq ft. Generally your eamcet rank is based on your total score of i.p.e+ eamcet score.so until and unless we know your i.p.e marks its tough to decide the rank based on previous year data.however i believe with 44 marks in eamcet and a decent score in i.p.e marks above 510 for 600 you will have  fair chances to fetch in top 20-30 colleges easily.but this year due to covid crises it is said that ipe marks are not included in calculation of ts eamcet 2021.Based on expected marks vs rank, 44 marks can fetch you rank below 50k.note that this is the first time to calculate rank without ipemarks so we do not have any previous year trends to give you exact analysis of what to expect.The original rank may VARY.

Mahavir engineering college and technology is a private organisation and was established in the year 2001. It is a coed organization. The campus size is 102 acres and the total faculty members are of size 119.

The total batch strength for engineering . As far as the infrastructure is concerned it is a pretty average college . You will get all the facilities needed by a student in campus. But as per  the private organisation is concerned the infrastructure are of much better quality.

Placements are also not out of the blue. Bulk hiring companies majorly visit the campus like Capgemini,tcs, wipro, cognizant.

No buddy, the counseling process at Vellore institute of technology is not at all like that of you have mentioned. If a seat in lower category is vacant due to candidates pulling back their names, that seat is transferred to the higher fee categories ( mostly in 4th and 5th).

You can try for the last categories in Chennai campus for ECE or CSE.
