The College has An air-conditioned well-equipped gymnasium is open for the students who wish to workout under the expert guidance of a qualified instructor. Total Gym machines are part of the one-machine-for-multiple-exercises group of fitness equipment. While other strength training equipment is specifically built for one or a few different exercises, you can use the total gym to work out the entire body.
