The college has a camps with a little badminton ground and a dirty pond without any parking space with a 4 story building. Also has a canteen space but that's not enough as when during any exam or any occation in our college then a very hochpoch situation occur. And the canteen space is not air conditioned. Most of the time the food gone over if you are going a little bit late. The campus place is not enough for the students. The library is decent, but all the books are very old conditioned. Most of the time students don't take books from the library whatever notes are given by the teachers are enough no need to take books from the library. Yup the living space are clean enough, but the quality of food is decent.
I am studying MBA and i took MBA except doing M.COM so that i can get at least some real life practical exposure about how an organization work and by doing case studies i understand how all this things gone work. But at the end of the day what you get is just class assessment and ppt and presentation. It,s fine ki my presentation skill and communication skill improve a little bit but at the end no practical exposure i get from this 2 year full time MBA . And if i say about the teacher then i want to say that every teachers are qualified enough to teach but the qualification is just in pen and paper merely fery few teachers are with a good teaching ability. Most of the teacher are just came open their ppt and start reading it. Some of the teachers are quiet more focused towards a certain group of students seems like the other students just came to see teachers face. Curriculum is just updated this year but in the name of update they are just juggling with the topic and just change the name of the subject nothing more than that not any new major update came that makes a student ready for the future job market. As I say there is no such update occur that will ready you for the future job market. If anyone thinks that by just doing MBA, he/ she will easily get a job then that's the major fraud. It's a new business starts, at the name of the MBA the college authority just takes a bunch of money from students and when they don't get any job the college authority says, there is something fault in the student.
If start about the placement then can't controle myself as the placement are so bad so bad ki if i get a chance to give a rating more worse than 1 star i'll definately give it. I got an admission in the year 2023 our last sem exam gone over but although more than 50% students are unplaced. I say it on an overall basis. If you say about the marketing then neary 50% students are placed on that 50% student 90% are unhappy with their placement, in the finance domain nearly 10% students are placed. on that 10% students 90% are dissatisfied with their placement, and on the HR domain 1% syudents are placed and no students are take the Operations and Analytics as their major subject as the teachers make their hands up and says that we didn't provide any placement in that domain. Wow it's just nothing to say. The highest salary package is 6 LPA this year and who get this package is not want to do this job because it's a Insurance job. The average package salary offered by the company in that college is 3 LPA CTC means you get 10-15 k per month salary after doing a MBA by giving 5.5 lakh in a college. If the number of syudents are high then only the recruiters came to the campus and campus palcement occur otherwise everytime it will be a off campus placement offer by the college where we need to go to the company place and give the interview No no no not at all the placement faculty is not supportive, more specifically they are more supportive towards a certain group of students not for everyone.
No the course is not a value for money at all, if you don't have any experience then don't do a MBA but if you have a good experience then again not do MBA from this college there are various good colleges have in kolkata done MBA from this college. The total course fees for 2 year is 5 lakhs. before coming to this college i was think it shpuld be a value for money but at the end of the day this college is totally a scam. No the money i gave is not worth it at all, you say ki after doing MBA by taking 5 lakhs loan and getting a 15k monthly salary within which you have to pay your house rent and electricity bill and water expenses no amount left for your personal use and for your family, and after getting a job no guarantee that after 1 or 2 years there is no guarantee that you will be permanent on the company. Therefore, if anyone thinking to get an admission in this college then please don't take admission on this college.
Yah, we enjoy our campus life with our friends very much, in the badminton ground we play with our friends and the college conduct 2 business fest competition in his 2 years and I enjoy 2 freshers party with our friends also bunk college and go for cinema. So, the campus life was quite good.
During the admission the HR says it a very good college running with the vision of swami Vivekananda and all. The main thing is they say that after taking admission we get a chance to do internships at top IIMs in India, do industry visits, get advance excel, power bi, SAP certification along with proper training, the college authority will take the full responsibility of your placement and so all. But at the end of the day everything is just a marketing tool to attract customers. Yes customers
