Since you have not filled the application for IPU btech so you can not participate in counselling

Every year IPU release its forms for various undergraduate as well as post graduate courses for different colleges that comes under IPU like Bhartiya Vidyapeeth ,GB Pant ,Maharaja Agrasen College,

And admissions to B tech courses I done on the basis of counselling in which 85% of the seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and remaining 15% seats for outside Delhi candidates

A Candidate can only participate in counselling after successful registration for counselling or you can say after filling the application form for btech

JMI has given the cutoff list. At JMI, the cutoff for round 1 is (for general)

• CSE:-2818
  
• IT:- not given
  
• ECE:-5349
  

the rank is based on lost of factors and not only on percentile secured in the entrance exam. It changes every year. The low rank you secure it will be easier to get an admission in the college.

I see that you want to study BTech, but then if you are interested then why not aim and hit the target for the thing you wish. The way which you are thinking will cost you a lot of years and it'll reflect in your placements too. After a certain time, you too may feel lethargic to continue. Think about it.

Yes, you can do this. You must have appeared for the All India Trade Test and must hold National Trade Certificate. You must then take part in the admission process to take admission to a diploma from iti. From Diploma to BTech, there are again different procedures but you must specify that in your questions clearly.

The fee structure of CV Raman Univeristy for B.Tech. is  approx. ₹ 3.05 LPA. The hostel facility is available in the university and mess is also there. Other infrastructure facilities are also available in the university.
