Hello Jay

According to  last year cut offs ; computer sciencee and information technology would be not possible to get within this rank .

There may be chances that you may get electronic and telecommunication in vit Pune .

So you should take part in couseling .

Good luck.

Hello Sameer

With your mentioned score you may not get vit Pune on basis of your JEE score. Vit Pune has an higher cutoff and you may well fall short. You have a better chance with your MHCET score if it is in range of 150+. You could anyways try in the counseling process and hope for best

Best of luck.

The cutoffs depend on a number of factors such as the total number of seats available, the number of candidates who appered for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the past years' cutoffs etc. Therefore, for your reference, please find attached a link to VIT Pune's website which encloses an excel sheet on the respective courses and their cutoffs for the year 2017-18. This will give you an idea of what to expect in terms of the ranking in 2019.

I hope this is helpful. In the meanwhile I will try and get back to you with more information regarding the same. Please feel free to reach out to me.  All the very best.

Hi aspirant

You have scored well.At this score you won't get NITs/IIITs/GFTIs  but you can easily get state engineering college.

VIT Pune is one of the state autonomus institute which takes admission on the basis of JEE mains score .You can apply for state counselling i.e MHTCET counselling to get it.

PICT is one of the private institute ,the cut off of this college would be a little low than that of VIT.

Both of the college  has got AAA+  rating. You may get it .You need to wait till counselling .As this is the first year ,when state engineering colleges are taking admission on the basis of JEE ,so there is no previous year cut off data.
