As your are willing to join Vishwa karma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune. Here admissions are done based on JEE and MHT-CET. yes, you can get admission in VIT Pune with this score in JEE Mains. But you will get branches other than computer science engineering like information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc. So, apply for these branches.

as you mentioned your jee main score is 83 percentile and you belong to obc category . for admission in college you first need to apply for counselling that is conducted by jossa . so you fill your college preferance according to which you like to study .

and then you will able to get a seat in this mentioned colleges.

The cutoff 2020 for VIT pune are based on MHT-CET scores or JEE mains rank for undergraduate courses. For postgraduate courses the cutoffs are based on GATE scores.
