Walchand College of Engineering was established in 1947 is situated midway between Sangli and Miraj cities at Vishrambaug, Sangli. The college was selected under the World Bank funded Government of India scheme "Technical Education Quality Improvement Program"(TEQIP) in 2005. It is an autonomous college. You can definitely get Sangli Walchand college of engineering as its last year cutoff was around 4400.

WCE Sangli only gives admission on the basis of the MHT CET Examination.

I am assuming you have scored 94.4 percentile in MHT CET.

Your rank would be-

2,90,000 * 0.056 = 16,240

It would be easier if you specify your category because if you are from a reserved category like SC or ST, you might have a chance in the Top colleges like COEP Pune, VIT Pune, VJTI Mumbai, WCE Sangli, etc.
